Eligibility criteria

Educational qualification:

Sub-Inspector: Candidates interested in applying for this post should be holding a degree in electronics or telecommunication or science, with physics, chemistry and mathematics, from a recognised university or institute or equivalent.

Assistant Sub-Inspector: Candidates interested in applying for this post should have completed matric, with diploma in electronics or telecommunication, from an institution recognised by the state government or equivalent

Or

Class 12 or intermediate with aggregate marks of 50 per cent with selective subjects physics, chemistry and mathematics from a recognised board or institution or equivalent.

Head Constable: Candidates interested in applying for this post should have completed matriculation or equivalent and must be holding a two-year industrial training institute certificate in electronics or intermediate

Or

Class 12 with physics, chemistry and mathematics from a recognised board of institution or equivalent.

Age limit:

Sub-Inspector: The age of the candidates applying for these posts must not exceed 25 years and must be minimum 18 years.

Assistant Sub-Inspector: The age of the candidates applying for these posts must not exceed 25 years and must be minimum 18 years.

Head Constable: The age of the candidates applying for these posts must not exceed 23 years and must be minimum 18 years.

Pay scale:

Sub-Inspector: The selected candidates will be getting a monthly salary of Rs 35,400.

Assistant Sub-Inspector: The selected candidates will be getting a monthly salary of Rs 29,200.

Head Constable: The selected candidates will be getting a monthly salary of Rs 25,500.

Selection procedure:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of a physical standard test , documentation and written examination.
