JNVST 2017 Navodaya Vidyalaya Class 6th Admission Form

Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya application form for admission in 6th class for session 2017-18 has been released. The JNV has issued the application form for JNV Selection Test for the upcoming year. The students and parents are advised to download the Information Brochure from the link mentioned below.

The NVS has uploaded the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test prospects on its official website. The candidates can get the Information Brochure cum Application form from Principal office, BEO, DEO or online. The candidates can apply their application for JNVST 2017 before 16 September 2016.

JNV Admission Application Form

Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is a branch of best schools in India. Every year the JNV has conducted the JNVST for the admission of students in 6th class and various other classes. There are 598 Jawahar Navodaya Schools in India. The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti is going to organise the entrance test for session 2017-18.

The notification for JNVST 2017 admissions is released now. The instruction medium in JNV is the mother tongue up to 8th class. And after it Maths and Science in English and Hindi for Social Science is used to teach the students. The students who are interested in taking part in this test can download the Application Form.

Selection Process

All the students who want to take admission in JNV will be selected after the entrance test. The students have to apply their application first, and then they will invite for the JNVST which will be conducted at various dates. The selection test will be divided into three parts and the candidates have a time duration of two hours to complete this test. There are 100 questions in this exam for 100 marks i.e. each right question carries one mark.

JNVST 2017 Dates

On 9th January, 2017 (Sunday) at 11.30 A.M. in the State of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh (except Tawang District), Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Chandigarh, Dadar & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh (except Chamba, Kinnaur, Kullu, Lahaul & Spiti, Mandi, Sirmour, and Shimla Districts), Jharkhand, Kerala, Karnataka, Lakshadweep, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Orissa, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tripura, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Puducherry, Uttarakhand and West Bengal (except Darjeeling).

On Saturday, the 8th April 2017 in the States of Arunachal Pradesh (District of Tawang), Himachal Pradesh (Sirmour, Kullu, Mandi), Jammu and Kashmir (except Leh, Kargil & Doda), Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, West Bengal (Darjeeling).

On 10th June 2017 (Saturday) in the sates of Himachal Pradesh (Chamba, Kinnaur, Shimla and Lahaul & Spiti), Jammu & Kashmir (Leh, Kargil & Doda).

How to Apply online for JNV Selection Test 2017

How to get Application form: – The candidates will get the prescribed application from free of cost from the Block Education Officer (BEO), District Education Officer (DEO), Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. The students can download the application form from the official website of JNV by using the link given below.

How to Submit Application form: – The duly filled application must reach to the Block Education Officer before 16th September 2016. The application form shall be signed by the Head of School where the child is studying in class-v.
