The Registrations for Step I and Step II of Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test were ended in June 2017 respectively. Later exam commenced as per the following schedule:
- Category I : 12/08/2017 (Morning Shift at 10 AM to 12.30 PM)
- Category II : 12/08/2017 (Evening shift at 2 PM to 4.30 PM)
- Category III : 19/08/2017
- Category IV : 19/08/2017
The Negative marking is not included in KTET test. Aspirants scoring at least 60% marks in this test will be getting K-TET certificate that will be valid for next 5 years from the date of issue.
Candidates who belong to reserved categories such as SC/ST and, differently-abled candidates gets relaxation of 5% in pass marks i.e they just have to score 55% marks to get the eligibility certificate.
Candidates were given 2:30 Hours to complete the paper. Each correct answer will add One Mark to candidate’s score card. A total of 150 Questions were asked in Kerala TET Nov 2016 examination.
